Please take a few minutes to review our Terms and Conditions. When you choose to purchase from Bi Home Shop, we encourage you to understand the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. By using this website and purchasing from it, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Bi Home Shop Terms and Conditions may change at any time, without prior notice.
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Bi Home Shop does not offer exchange or returns of items purchased if the customer changes their mind. We encourage everyone to shop mindfully. We ask all customers to contact us beforehand if any questions arise, or something is unclear regarding a product. If an item is damaged, please contact us at hello@bali-interiors.com so we can review the case individually. We do not guarantee an exchange of products. All damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product. Customers must include an image and description of the fault/damage, as well as their full name, contact details and order number. The request will be carefully reviewed by a team member within 3 working days.
If both Bi Home Shop and the customer agree to the item(s) being returned, it must be sent back to Bi Home Shop within 7 days of arrival. It must be in original and unused condition. Bi Home shop will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packaging.
Pricing
All prices on Bi Home Shop include taxes and shipping but do not include local fees, duties, taxes, tariffs etc. that may apply on arrival in your country.
Shipping
The costs of shipping are included in the prices shown on Bi Home Shop website. All parcels will be shipped with an international tracking number. After receiving the tracking number, the customer is responsible for following the shipment. Failure to collect the parcel at the local post office will result in an automatic return to Bi Home Shop and new shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is left unattended after an instruction by the customer, Bi Home is not liable for any loss or damage of the package. If a parcel cannot be delivered to the customer because of a faulty address or wrong address details provided by the customer, Bi Home Shop will not cover the costs of re-postage. If the customer wishes to have the parcel redelivered, this will be at the customer’s own costs.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location or circumstances that are out of Bi Homes Shop’s control. Unless stated differently, Bi Home Shop will ship all orders within 2-3 business days after receiving the order and full payment. During periods of increased order, such as public holidays or sales, the dispatch times may be longer than usual. Bi Home Shop doesn’t guarantee any delivery time frames that might be quoted by the parcel carrier.
Any shipping delays caused by virus prevention measures (or act of God), such as countries closing their borders or not accepting international shipments, are out of Bi Home Shop’s control and Bi Home Shop is not responsible for any delays or unsuccessful deliveries.
International Orders
Any duties, fees, taxes or custom delays on arrival in a country outside of Indonesia are not the responsibility of Bi Home Shop. Any external fees or pick up procedures must be carried out by the customer. Extra duties, taxes, customs fees etc. are not included in the prices shown on the Bi Home Shop website. Please check with your local post office or customs in your country for import legislation.
Cancellations
Cancellations and changes to the order can be made prior to payment. Bi Home shop will not issue refunds. Cancellations of orders that are made after payment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. The remaining 70% will be added as credit to use for future purchases. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have been handed over to the courier already.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotion and discount codes are only issued by Bi Home Shop. We reserve the right to cancel orders which use an unauthorized discount code. Promotions and discount codes are eligible for the stated time frame only and cannot be extended beyond the specified date of promotion. Codes can be used once per transaction, unless stated differently.
Product Availability
We regularly update availability and stock of all products on our website. However, due to the nature of handmade products and low quantity productions, errors or slight differences can occur. While we try our best to ensure the showcasing of correct products and numbers, please accept our apologies if an error does occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we aren't able to fulfill due to incorrect inventory levels. If a cancellation from our side is necessary, we will refund you the full amount of your order. Product Disclaimer
All products on our website are handmade and artisan, mostly made with sustainable materials and natural dyes. This means that minor differences can occur. This is what makes the handmade Bi Home Shop products unique and shows the love and work that went into creating them.
We do our best to capture our product in the most accurate way. Please also note that monitors and screens can show colours in slightly different ways and might vary minimally from the product’s actual colour.

Privacy
We do not give any personal information to third parties. Bi Home Shop considers all personal information from customers as private. Information will not be sold, released or given to any companies or individuals outside of Bi Home Shop for commercial use. However, some items will be shipped directly by the suppliers who will handle your personal data with care.
General
Bi Home Shop reserves the right to change and update the Terms & Conditions of this website at any time without prior notice. This website complies with Indonesian law. If you are visiting Bi Home Shop from another country, outside of Indonesia, you do this at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in your country/the country you are visiting our website from.
Bi Home Shop does not provide any warranties of any kind on products or information on this website. Our goal is always to give our customers the best service possible and keep our website accurate and up to date. Errors or imperfections might occur.
Bi Home Shop and its employees, agents, contractors or any other associated persons are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Bi Home Shop website or any websites linked to/from it.
